Ingredients used in LIME PICKLE
• Lime - 6 numbers.
• Lime juice - 1/4 cup.
• Crystal salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Clean and wipe lime with paper towel and cut into 8 pieces and transfer into a bowl.
  • To it add turmeric powder, crystal salt, and mix it.
  • Add lime juice and mix it and keep aside for 10 days and serve it by adding red chili powder and also put tempering with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  • Or else add red chili powder mix nicely and serve it after 10 days.

mam please tell me how much salt and chilly powder in terms of Table Spoon.Once I tried but after 3 days it is spoiled because of less quantity of salt. Please tell me,for 20 lemons how many lemons for juice and how many for pickels. Quantity of salt
