Ginger garlic mango pickle is a delicious Indian recipe served as a pickles and chutneys. This pickle is almost similar to avakai with an extra addition of ginger garlic paste, that adds a new taste to the pickle.

• Mango - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mustard powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch.
• Fenugreek powder - 1 pinch.
• Garlic - 10 clove.
• Red chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
  • Cut the wash and wipe mango, later into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and switch off flame and keep aside for some time.
  • Place it on stove and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mustard powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, garlic, red chili powder, salt, mango and mix nicely.
  • Transfer into jar and keep aside for 3 days.

Now ginger garlic mango pickle is ready to serve.

I don't have facility of mango cutting so can I use pieces without the seed (as shown by your husband)?And please tell me the proportion of ginger and garlic for paste.If possible, please show how to make this pickle at least for one dozen mangoe
