Raw Mango And Moong Dal Chutney

Ingredients used in Raw Mango And Moong Dal Chutney
• Moong dal - 1/2 cup.
• Dry red chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Raw mango - 1 cup.
• Coconut (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Asafoetida/ hing - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Heat pan and dry roast the moong dal and transfer into mixie jar.
  • In the same pan, dry roast dry red chilies and transfer into the same mixie jar and blend it once.
  • Add mango, coconut, salt and blend it slightly coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Add moong dal paste and mix nicely, transfer into serving bowl.

Now Raw mango and Moong dal chutney is ready to serve.
