LEFT OVER RICE & EGG DUMPLING FOR BREAKFAST

Ingredients used in LEFT OVER RICE & EGG DUMPLING FOR BREAKFAST
• Rice (cooked) - 1 cup.
• Egg (beaten) - 5 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup.
• All-purpose flour/maida - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Crush pepper - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread crumbs - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add cooked rice, chopped green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, salt, one beaten egg and mix well.
  • Then add maida to it and mix it well so that it can be ready to make a dumpling.
  • Boil rest of the eggs and keep aside.
  • Now take a plate, cut the boiled eggs and sprinkle the cheese and crush pepper.
  • After that take the above rice mixture and coat cheese pepper eggs with it just like making dumplings (as shown in the video).
  • Now coat the balls in the bread crumbs nicely.
  • Take a pan, heat oil for deep fry. After heating the oil, fry the rice balls till the golden color. Take out on a paper towel so the excess oil gets absorbed.

Ready to eat crispy rice balls. Serve with tomato ketchup or other sauce.
