Ingredients used in KULFI
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Sugar - 10 teaspoons.
• Almonds - 10 numbers.
• Pista - 10 numbers.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Corn flour - 5 teaspoons.
• Cashew nuts - 10 numbers.
Method:
1. Boil 500ml milk till it comes to 250ml. 2. Take another small cup add corn flour and milk, mix it with spoon without forming lumps and pour this mixture in boiling milk. 3. Now take, one hour soaked dry fruits-almonds, cashewnuts, pista and make thin slices of them. 4. Now mix them in boiling milk and also add sugar, boil it for five minutes. 5. Mix it without forming lumps and add cardamom powder. 6. When it cools, transfer them into cone shaped plastic stand and close it with lid. 7. Then freeze it in refrigerator when it cools transfer them into plate. 8. Now the kulfi is ready to serve in plates.
