I liked it a lot.. very similar to gulab jumuns.. Also the khoya gulab jamuns recipe u r referring to have to checked it urself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's a must must watch for everybody I guess who want to know how it's done!!!!!?

One tip," Do not put very hot Gulab Jamun or Jhillies in Sugar Syrup, let them cool for few min. before you put it in hot syrup otherwise they will have dents on them.?

You should write it as Chhena to avoid confusion with chickpeas and clarify pronunciation for English speakers.?
