Ingredients used in KARELA WAFFERS CRUNCH
• Sliced bitter gourd - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Chat masala - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 4-5 tablespoons.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • In a bowl add water and some salt and keep the karela in for rest to remove the bitterness,then in another bowl.
  • Add sliced karela's and add,lemon juice, chat masala and mix well,now coat the karela's with rice flour and deep fry them,garnish with chat masala
