Horlicks Oats With Leafy Vegetables

Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats With Leafy Vegetables
• Horlicks oats - 1 cup.
• Almonds - 1 tablespoon.
• Walnuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Cabbage (shredded) - 1/3 cup.
• Cauliflower (shredded) - 1/3 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1/3 cup.
• Butter - 3 0.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves (freshly chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/3 bunch.
• Salt - pinch.
• Water (boiled) - 2 cups.
• Milk - as required.
Method:
  • Dry roast almonds and walnuts, slightly crush them (for garnishing) and keep aside.
  • Fry shredded cabbage, cauliflower, gratedcarrot by adding 3 cubes of butter for a minute or two.
  • Now add chopped ginger, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, Horlicks oats and saute well.
  • Then add a little salt and hot water, let it cook for about 2 minutes and turn the flame off and transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Milk can be added (choice of individual) on top along withraisins, roasted and crushedalmonds and walnuts.

Horlicks Oats With Leafy Vegetables is now ready to serve.
