Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken
• Horlicks oats powder - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Horlicks oats - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take powdered Horlicks oats in a bowl, add rice flour, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt (to taste), water and stirit to a thick batter.
  • Now marinate chicken pieces with the prepared batter and keep aside.
  • Prepare a mixture of Horlicks oats, salt, chili powder and keep aside.
  • Coat the marinated chicken pieces with prepared Horlicks oats mixture on both sides, deep fry them in hot oil and transfer to a serving plate.

Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken is now ready to serve.
