Most of us eat outside in restaurants, food stalls at the street corners etc for various reasons. For some, eating outside is fun as they wish to shift from the routine and monotonous kitchen duties and go out trying new dishes. Home cooking is good but it’s the street food that we crave for every now and then. Generally it’s the desire to eat hot and spicy fried foods. Street food in India is the classic push pull that serves a variety of bhajis, pakoras or chaats.
Nowadays, you also find a lot of street vendors catering Indo-Chinese foods like the chicken noodles, chicken fried rice, egg fried rice, chicken 65, vegetable Manchuria or chicken Manchuria which are the most common dishes available in the street food cart. Apart from the hygienic part, it’s a fraught situation especially when every street corner has small stalls serving up something that just smells aromatic pulling the crowd to wolf it all down.
Most street food lacks the balanced nutrition and contains high amount of fat in the form or oil or used oil, butter and margarine. They also have carbohydrates as the major base. Nevertheless, street food could also be healthy by just replacing few ingredients and cooking styles. Nowadays with an increase in the demand for healthy food, many street food vendors offer healthy options which are equally tasty. Here take a look at one of the yummiest healthy street food that you can prepare at home which is highly nutritious and appetizing to eat.
This is the Healthy Street Food Sandwich which is just flavourful and stomach filling too. This sandwich stuffed with freshly sliced salad veggies and the mint chutney gives a punch to the sandwich and tastes absolutely yum. Do try and enjoy eating healthy food.

"Fat free = healthy" is an outdated concept. There are lots of fats that are healthy for you and lots of carbs that are unhealthy. Also, white bread is not considered healthy anymore.?
