GINGER CHICKEN

Ingredients used in GINGER CHICKEN
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies - 2-3 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Chicken - 1 kg.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves and stems - 1 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 50 grams.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take coriander stems, curry leaves, onion, green chilies make a paste in a blender.
  • Now take chicken add soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour, salt mix well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • Take a pan add oil, add the marinated chicken pieces, fry the chicken till they become golden brown add ginger chopped, ginger garlic paste, mix well.
  • Now add the onion paste mix well cook for 5 minutestill it sticks to chicken add a little salt if required, now add pepper powder, finally add coriander leaves and serve hot.
