Garlic Potato With Beetroot Roti

Ingredients used in Garlic Potato With Beetroot Roti
• Water - as required.
• Potato (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Red chilies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Beetroot roti - 1 number.
Method:
  • Firstly In a pan add water, potato, garlic, salt and cook it.
  • Take another pan heat olive oil, add cumin seeds, boiled potatoes and saute it well.
  • Now add coriander leaves, red chillies and cook it well.

Serve it with roti.
