Ingredients used in Fish with Cumin Paste
• Scrod or red snapper fillets - 750 grams.
• Cumin powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - half tea spoon.
• Paprika - half tea spoon.
• Garlic - 3 cloves.
• Coriander leaves - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • If fish fillets are large, cut into serving pieces.
  • Place fish in ungreased dish.
  • Place remaining ingredients except cilantro in blender and make smooth paste.
  • Spread mixture evenly over fish. Bake uncovered at 355 degrees F until fish flakes easily with fork - 25 to 30 minutes.
  • garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
