Ingredients used in Baby Corn Paneer Butter Masala
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilli paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped tomatoes - 1 number.
• Roundels of baby corns - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Cashew nut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Kasuri methi - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Paneer cubes - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1-2 0.
• Fresh cream - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, salt and saute until onions turn slight brown in color.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chilies paste, tomato puree, red chillipowder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped tomatoes and cook well.
  • Then add roundels of baby corn along with some water, cashew nut powder and cook for few more minutes.
  • In the same pan, add butter, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, paneer cubes, give it a mix,add fresh cream and adjust seasoning.

Delicious Baby Corn Paneer Butter Masala is ready.
