DRUMSTICK AND DOSAKAYA FRY

Ingredients used in DRUMSTICK AND DOSAKAYA FRY
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Cucumber pieces - 1 cup.
• Drumstick pieces - 1 cup.
• Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion, salt, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, drumsticks, red chilly powder, coriander powder and mix thoroughly and place the lid on it and cook it for 3 mins. 2. Add some water and cook it on slow flame by placing the lid on it until the vegetables are soft. 3. Check for seasoning, if required add salt. 4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
