- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, finely chopped garlic, green chili, boiled toor dal, salt, cook this until dal mixture is dry. Transfer this
- Transfer this to a plate and add chopped coriander and let it cool.
- Divide the dough into roundels and roll each round a little flat and place some filling in the centre, close from all the sides. And roll as thin as possible.
- Heat tava and fry the paratha using oil on both sides.
Serve this with any pickle.
