Curry Leaves & Moong Dal Rotis

Ingredients used in Curry Leaves & Moong Dal Rotis
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Moong dal (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a blender, add pepper corns, cumin seeds, soaked moong dal, curry leaves, salt, grind to a fine paste and transfer ta a bowl.
  • Add rice flour, sesame seeds to the samebowl with prepared moong dal paste and mix to a stiff dough.
  • Take small portions of the prepared dough, dumpling, press to small rotis on a muslin cloth.
  • Fry therotis on both sides by sprinkling coconutoil and transfer to servingplate.

Tasty and healthy Curry Leaves & Moong Dal Rotis are now ready to serve with chutney of your choice.
