Ingredients used in Soya Brinjal
• Slender brinjal - 5 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Dark soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Light soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add slender brinjal and saute it.
  • Add dark soya sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, light soya sauce and saute it.
  • Cook it with the lid on it on a slow flame until it is soft.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with spring onions.

Now soya brinjal is ready to serve.
