| • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Salt - to taste. | |
| • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons. | |
| • Semolina to coat - as required. | |
| • Oil - to fry. | |
| • Fish - 500 grams. | |
| • Rice flour - 2 tablespoons. | |
| • Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon. |
Take a fish and give the gashes, Take a bowl add lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilly powder, pepper powder, add rice flour mix it all well, and marinate the fish with masala, and coat with semolina and deep fry the fish.
