CORNMEAL FLOUR MURUKKU

Ingredients used in CORNMEAL FLOUR MURUKKU
• Corn meal flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 to fry.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add cornmeal flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, carom seeds, red chilly powder, salt mix it well.
  • Then add butter, hot oil and add water mix it nicely.
  • Make dumpling and place in murukku mould and press it hot oil. Deep fry and transfer into plate.

Now CORN MEAL FLOUR MURUKKU are ready to serve.
