Ingredients used in Coconut Biscuits
• Coconut flakes - 1 cup.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Whole milk - 1 cup.
• Baking powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oven to 450 degree Farenhiet.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Addin butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Also add milk and coconut until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
