Ingredients used in CHICKEN DRY CURRY
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Coconut - 3 tablespoons.
• Methi seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Jeera - half tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chillies - 10 no.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Small piece of tamarind - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 1 no.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dry roast red chilies,coriander, jeera, methi .
  • Dry roast coconut seperately.Make a paste of these items with ginger, garlic, tamerind and salt.
  • Marinate this paste to chicken with lemon and turmeric powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Take oil and fry onions and lots of curry leaves.
  • Put marinated chicken. Simmer and slowly cook chicken on low flame till its done and fry it on high flame.
  • Do not add water while cooking.
