Masala Chicken Nuggets Chicken Pakoda

Ingredients used in Masala Chicken Nuggets Chicken Pakoda
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Chickpea flour (basan) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • First, marinate the chicken with salt, chili powder, vinegar, mix it well and rest it for 1 hour.
  • After that add ginger garlic paste mix it.
  • In a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriander, curry leaves, oil, mix it well.
  • Bring back into the marinated chicken in this add chickpea flour mixture, sprinkle little water, mix it up fry them in hot oil.
  • Then sprinkle chat masala onto it.

Serve this with hot.
