Ingredients used in chhena(Cheese) Khiri
• Cheese - 2 cup.
• Milk - 2500 ml.
• Cornflour - 1 cup.
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Cardamoms - 4 numbers.
• Refine oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Squeeze out water from cheese.
  • Mix cheese, maida and baking powder.
  • Add 1/2 litre milk to it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, prepare bundi out of this mix and fry it.
  • Boil 2-litre milk and sugar. When it reduces to around 1 litre. Put the bundi into it.
  • Add cardamom powder and boil it for 5 minutes. Take it out off the flame.
