Ingredients used in Badam Carrot Halwa
• Almonds (soaked & peeled) - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1+1/2 cups.
• Ghee - as required.
• Raisins - 7 number.
• Cashew nuts - 8 number.
• Carrot juice - 1+1/2 cups.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take soaked and peeled almonds, milk in a blender, make it fine paste.
  • Heat ghee in a pan add raisins, chopped cashew nuts and saute it.
  • Now add the preparedpaste and cook till raw flavors are gone.
  • Then add carrot juice and cook it for about 20 minutes.
  • Add jaggery, cook till ghee oozes out, atlast sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.

Badam Carrot Halwa is now ready to serve.
