Ingredients used in Badam Carrot Halwa
• Almonds (soaked & peeled) - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1+1/2 cups.
• Ghee - as required.
• Raisins - 7 number.
• Cashew nuts - 8 number.
• Carrot juice - 1+1/2 cups.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take soaked and peeled almonds, milk in a blender, make it fine paste. Heat ghee in a pan add raisins, chopped cashew nuts and saute it. Now add the preparedpaste and cook till raw flavors are gone. Then add carrot juice and cook it for about 20 minutes. Add jaggery, cook till ghee oozes out, atlast sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well. Badam Carrot Halwa is now ready to serve.
