CHEESY SPRING ONION PUDDING

Ingredients used in CHEESY SPRING ONION PUDDING
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fresh cream - 1/4 cup.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Processed cheese - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Bread - 2 slice.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add eggs, white pepper powder, salt and beat it.
  • To it add fresh cream, milk, little processed cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix it.
  • Apply butter to ramekins and add bread pieces, spring onions, grated processed and mozzarella cheese.
  • On it pour above egg mixture and bake it at 180 degree for 15 minutes.

Now cheesy spring onion pudding is ready to serve.
