CHEESE CHILLI CORN CHEELA

Ingredients used in CHEESE CHILLI CORN CHEELA
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn meal flour - 1-1/2 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Ajwain - 2 pinch.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Sweetcorn - 1/2 cup.
• Cheese(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add chickpea flour, cornmeal flour, oil, water, carom seeds a pinch and mix it well to make a batter.
  • On a hot pan pour the batter and make small dosas then add onions, green chilies, sweet corn, grated cheese, tomatoes, red chili flakes, coriander leaves, oil on top of it and cook it.
  • Once the sides start coming out fold it into half and transfer into a plate then cut it into 2 pieces.

Now the cheese chili corn cheela is ready to serve.
