Ingredients used in Carrot Nut Cake
• Walnuts - 100 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Carrot (grated) - 100 grams.
• Egg (medium size) - 3 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Sugar powder - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Baking powder - 2 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, icing sugar (sugar powder), cream it.
  • In this add vanilla essence, egg, mix this well.
  • Take another bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, walnuts, carrot grated, mix this with the flour, this one add to the butter mixture.
  • Mix it well and transfer into the baking tray and put the walnuts on the top of the cake.
  • Bake them at 200 c for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • After that sprinkle some icing sugar and cut them into slices.

chef .. you have overdone the cake too ... Masked it with icing sugar .. Smart !!! :) .. Else u would have given a awesome expressions for the walnut placed over the top .. :)
