CABBAGE MINAPA GARELU

Ingredients used in CABBAGE MINAPA GARELU
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Grated cabbage - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Green chillies(chopped ) - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions(chopped ) - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger(chopped ) - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped ) - 1/4 bunch.
Method:
  • Soak the urad dal for 4 hours and drain the water completely. Later, take that into mixie jar and blend it coarsely.
  • Take a bowl, add urad dal paste, cabbage, chopped green chilies, onions, salt, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, and mix thoroughly.
  • Then heat oil, take the small dumplings and give the shape of vada and deep fry them in hot oil.
  • At last, take them into the paper towel and serve it hot.

suggest me how to get soft wada ....  i soak udad dal before 10 hoursbut still they are not soft  any tricks and suggestions.?
