PATHIYA KUZHAMBU

Ingredients used in PATHIYA KUZHAMBU
• Pepper - 25 grams.
• Cumin - 25 grams.
• Garlic full - 4 numbers.
• Brinjal small as indian - 4 numbers.
• Drum stick - 3 numbers.
• Curry powder or chilli powder - to taste.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
Method:
  • Fry the pepper and cumin in the hot pan and grind it into a paste. keep it aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and fry till it finely cook and add the vegetables.
  • Fry for few minutes after it add some water . boil it untill the vegetables and garlic nicely cook.
  • Now add the paste and curry powder. boil for another ten minutes.
  • Heat the oil in the another pan and add some curry vadam and let it spultter. and add to the kuzahmbu.
