CABBAGE CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in CABBAGE CHUTNEY
• Cabbage(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 5-6 numbers.
• Dry red chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Tamarind - 1 piece.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add hot water, cabbage and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, dry red chillies, tamarind, salt and saute it, later transfer into mixie jar to blend into coarse paste.

Now cabbage chutney is ready to serve.
