Ingredients used in Butter Garlic Pepper Chicken
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Ghee - as required.
• Onions ( chopped ) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger ( chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic ( chopped ) - 4 clove.
Method:
Heat ghee in apn, add chopped onions, salt (to taste) and saute it till onions turn slightly transparent. Now add chicken pieces, red chili powder and mix well. Then season it with turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chopped ginger and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes by stirring occasionally. Later transfer chicken to a bowl. Heat butter in another pan, add chopped ginger and stir it. Then add Fried chicken pieces and mix well. At last season it with crushed pepper powder and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Delicious Butter Garlic Pepper Chicken is now ready to serve.
