Ingredients used in Bread Mushroom Egg Upma
• Bread - 6 slice.
• Eggs - 2 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Mushroom (chopped) - 5 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 spring.
• Tomato (chopped) - 2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take bread slices, chop them into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Now boil eggs, also chop them and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, turmeric powder, finely chopped onions, mushrooms, curry leaves, toss it, add chopped tomato, salt and saute well.
  • Add chopped pieces of bread, boiled eggs, sprinkle little water,toss it and cook with closed lid for about 2 minutes.

Hot and delicious Bread Mushroom Egg Upma is now ready to serve.
