Ingredients used in Pista Chicken
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Kokam pulp - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies - 3 numbers.
• Pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pistachio (crushed) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil, onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garlic and saute it.
  • Now add Curry leaves, chicken and cook it.
  • Add kokum pulp, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, green chilies, pepper, salt and cook it well.
  • At last add pistachio, coriander leaves and put on the lid and cook it.

Serve it.
