BRAIDED CALZONE PIZZA

Ingredients used in BRAIDED CALZONE PIZZA
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Yeast - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil or regular oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Pizza sauce - 1/2 cup.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Capsicum - 1 number.
• Tomatoes - 1 number.
• Sweetcorn - 1/4 cup.
• Mushroom - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies - 1 number.
• Rosemary - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oregano - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pizza cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take all purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil or regular oil in a bowl.
  • Now add water and make a soft dough which should be sticking to your hand.
  • Let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
  • After 1 hour it becomes double in size. Take small portion of dough, dust it with little flour and roll it with the rolling pin.
  • Roll it in oval shape and then transfer in a baking tray.
  • Apply pizza sauce in between then add pieces of onion, capsicum, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mushroom, green chillies.
  • Also add herbs like rosemary, oregano, pizza cheese.
  • Then with a pizza cutter cut the edges both the sides and seal it by applying little water to the edges.
  • Give butter wash and then bake it for 15 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade in a oven.
  • After 15-20 minutes remove it from oven and serve hot.

Nice recipe. But wont eat that pizza even for a million bucks, given the fact that loads of nail filth must have slid and stuck to the wet dough through your uncut nails,blue nail-paint and lose untied hair dangling over the food. I can never revere
