Ingredients used in Mango sooji cake
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Butter - 1 stricks.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Sooji - 1 cup.
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sooji with sugar ,cardamom powder and baking powder. Then add melted butter and mix well. Add mango pulp and mix again and keep it aside for 10 min. Put this mixture into a cake pan and bake it for 30 to 35 mins. Allow it to cool completely and cut into pieces. You can also add nuts (optional)
