Stuffed Pasta Chicken

Ingredients used in Stuffed Pasta Chicken
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Water (as required to make dough) - 1/2 cup.
• Mince chicken - 1 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato red sauce - 1 cup.
• Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, egg and mix nicely.
  • Add little water knead it to make a dough and rest it for 5 minutes. Roll sheet into slight lengths and cut edges to form a rectangle.
  • Take a bowl add minced chicken with fat, pepper powder and mix nicely. Place this chicken mixture on the sheet by giving gaps and close edges.
  • Place this chicken mixture on the sheet by giving gaps and apply water to edges and center and close edges like as shown in the video.
  • Cut and remove excess dough sheet and keep all stuffed pasta with edges closed.
  • Boil water in a bowl with little salt and drop prepared pasta boil for 10 minutes until pasta floats on top. Take in another pan, add tomato red sauce, little water and cook it.
  • Add boiled pasta and toss or mix nicely and cook it then switch off the flame and add Parmesan cheese and arrange it on serving plate.

Now hot stuffed pasta chicken is ready to serve.
