BITTER GOURD WITH METHI LEAVES MASALA

Ingredients used in BITTER GOURD WITH METHI LEAVES MASALA
• Oil as required - 0.
• Dry red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Roasted chana dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 7 numbers.
• Tarmarind - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry coconut pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Salt as per taste - 0.
• Fenugreek leaves - 2 bunch.
• Bitter gourd - 4 numbers.
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a pan add oil, dry red chilies, coriander seeds, roasted chana dal, garlic, tamarind, dry coconut pieces, fenugreek leaves, salt and mix it well. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In a mixiejar, add these ingredients and make it to a coarse paste.
  • Now stuff the mixture in the bitter gourd and tie with the thread as shown in the video.
  • Place the stuffed bitter gourd in a pan by adding oil. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • To it, even add turmeric powder, chopped onion, curry leaves and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Now add left over masala and cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve it hot.
