Ingredients used in Besan Sooji Dosa
• Sooji rawa - 1 cup.
• Besan - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Buttermilk - 1 cup.
• Green chilies(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Beans(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Take sooji rava in a bowl and add besan, salt, soda, buttermilk and mix it properly to make dosa batter. For topping take green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cumin seeds, onions, beans, tomatoes, fresh garam masala, salt in a bowl and mix it. On a hot pan put a ladleful of batter and spread it gently. Now top it up with the mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame. Add oil on it and just press it to cook. After 2-3 minutes slowly turn it to other side and cook for just 1 minute. Take it in a plate and enjoy your dosa hot.

I hv tried this..it tastes excellent..thnk you for sharing..but I do not why dosa is popping while making on tawa..is it becz I have added more soda??
