Okra Naan - Ladies' Finger Naan

Ingredients used in Okra Naan - Ladies' Finger Naan
• Dry yeast - 1 tea spoon.
• Warm water - as required.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - as required.
• All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups.
• Butter - as required.
• Okra (ladies' finger) - 10 number.
• Sambar powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Soak dry yeast inlukewarm water by adding a pinch of both sugar and salt.
  • Now to the same bowl add all-purpose flour, butter, mix it to a soft dough and rest it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Ina plate add the chopped okra(ladys finger), salt, sambar powder, mix it and keep aside.
  • Takesmallportions of the prepared dough, roll it to rotis, top them with the prepared lady's finger mixture, apply butter and bake at 180 degrees for10 minutes.

Serve it.
