Ingredients used in Beef in Pepper
• Boneless beef - 1 kg.
• Red bell peppers - 2 numbers.
• Jalapeño peppers - 2 numbers.
• Garlic ( chopped ) - 2 cloves.
• Dry white wine - 1/3 cup.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - half tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry red chili - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Place chopped peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, wine, ginger, salt, turmeric powder and cardamom powder in a mixie jar. Blens it and make coarse paste.
  • Heat butter and oil in a pan. Addbeef and cook over medium-high heat until all liquid from beef is evaporated and beef is brown, about 15 minutes; remove beeffrom pan.
  • In the same pan, add onions and pepper strips in remaining oil mixture and cook over medium heat until tender.
  • Add blended pepper mixture and beef. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until beef is hot and sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
