SWEET POTATO MASALA FRY

Ingredients used in SWEET POTATO MASALA FRY
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Urad daal - 2 tablespoons.
• Whole red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 4 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Sweet potato - 500 grams.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Green chilly - 6 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • First crush the cumin seeds, garlic in a mortar pestle.
  • Cut the sweet potato into small pieces and boil them.
  • Take some oil in a pan add mustard seeds, whole red chilly, urad daal, chopped onion, turmeric powder, curry leaves, green chilly, salt, in this add crushed garlic, cumin seeds paste, and saute it, add chilly powder mix it.
  • In this add sweet potato and saute it, let it fry for 3 minutes.

Serve this hot with chapatti, naan or rice.
