Ingredients used in Fish Fry South Indian
• Fish pieces (cat fish) - 4 number.
• Chili powder - 5 grams.
• Ginger garlic paste - half tea spoon.
• Oil - 10 ml.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped green chilies - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 10 grams.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Wash the fish under running cold water and pat with napkin to remove unncessary moisture.
  • In a bowl, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste,salt , oil (1 teaspoon), lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Then marinate the fish pieces with above prepared mixture for about 15 minutes and fry on both sides on medium flame till light brown in color.

DeliciousFish Fry South Indian style is ready to serve.
