Ingredients used in Aloo Mutter Paneer Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Boiled potatoes/aloo (chopped) - 3 number.
• Green peas/ muttor - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nuts (powder) - 1/2 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Paneer (cubes) - 100 grams.
• Capsicum/bell pepper (chopped) - 1 number.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies, red chili powder, tomato puree and cook till oil oozes out of the gravy. Now add boiled potato pieces, green peas, powdered cashew nuts along with some water and cook it to your minutes. Add paneer, capsicum, garam masala powder, fresh cream to the same pan and cook by stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Finally add some chopped coriander leaves. Aloo Mutter Paneer Curry is now ready to serve.
