AFRICAN STYLE CHICKEN BENDI FRY

Ingredients used in AFRICAN STYLE CHICKEN BENDI FRY
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Prawns - 10 numbers.
• Lady's finger - 10 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Potato - 1 numbers.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeriic powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add water, butter and let it boil.
  • After boiling the water add rice flour, and cook it well.
  • Then mix this dough and transfer into a steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
  • Now take another pan add oil, chopped onions, salt and cook it well.
  • After that add potato pieces, chicken pieces and mix it nicely.
  • Now add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder,prawns and mix it and cook it well.Fried prawns transfer in to plate.
  • Then add lady's finger, dry red chillies, put on the lid and cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Now add spinach leaves, prawns and mix it well. Serve it hot.
