STUFFED OKRA BHARWAN BHINDI

Ingredients used in STUFFED OKRA BHARWAN BHINDI
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Okra - 200 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take small okra and cut open.
  • In a plate add red chilly powder, turmeric, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder add some oil mix it, add amchur powder, lemon juice, spread the mixture in each okra, keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in the pan add cumin seeds, hing, add stuffed okras, and toss them, put the lid let it cook on a low flame, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
