Ingredients used in Mango Kalakandh
• Lemon juice - 1 number.
• Milk curdled - 3 ml.
• Sugar - 3 cups.
• Mango pulp - 3 cups.
• Dry fruits - 1 cups.
Method:
  • I made this sweet with curdled milk, you can curdeled the milk by adding lemon juice.
  • Take 3 litres of milk in a bowl bring to boil then add lemon juice once milk curdled switch of the flame.
  • Remove all excess water and keep it a side.
  • In a pan add sugar,mango pulp mix well and add curdeled milk mix well again.
  • keep mixing for 10 minutes then add cashewnuts, cardamom powder cook till ghee oozes out that when your kalakanis ready.
  • Take a pan or cake dish grease with Ghee and pour this mixture, keep it a side for 1hour and cut into pieces.

The recipe says cook until ghee oozes out, but the ingredients list and the video doesn't show ghee being used. I'm confused where the ghee is in this recipe. Please explain
