Ingredients used in Egg Khoya Baked Pudding
• Water - 2 cups.
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Dry fruits (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Egg - 3 number.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan by adding a half cup of butter.
  • Season it with salt, dry fruits once it comes to boil add all-purpose flour and mix well.
  • Now put sugar in it then add egg one by one and mix well.
  • Once done, add vanilla essence and baking powder for texture and mix well.
  • At last, put the mixture on a baking tray and bake it.

DeliciousEgg Khoya Baked Pudding is now ready to serve.
