Ingredients used in Kheema Mutti Indian Meat Patties
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Giner garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry coconut (roasted and grinded) - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Kheema (minced mutton) - 2 lbs.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • Season mutton kheema with red chilli powder, coconut powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves.
  • Then add egg to this mixture and mix well.
  • Make small dumplings with the above prepared kheema mixture and press evenly as shown in video (like vada's).
  • At last, deep fry this in hot oil and serve it hot.

My mom does almost the exact same recipe except for the spices: she uses lots of paprika, Cayenne pepper, tabasco, ginger and garlic like you did and a little bit of lime juice when the dumplings are finished cooking. I think those would be great wit

minced meat is any sort of ground meat - this particular one was ground lamb :)
