Ingredients used in Beef Rolls
• Beef slice - 500 grams.
• Hotdog slice - 2 numbers.
• Calamansi juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Carrot (chopped) - half cup.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Potato (chopped) - half cup.
• Maggi tomato and meat cube - 2 numbers.
• Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1/4 cup.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Marinate beef for at least 15 minutes.
  • Put slices of hotdog and pepper on each beef slice, roll and secure with a toothpick or kitchen string. Set aside.
  • Heat oil and pan fry beef rolls until slightly brown.Push aside fried beef rolls and in the remaining oil saute garlic and onions until limp.
  • Pour broth over beef and simmer for at least 30 minutes or until meat is tender, adding more water if necessary.
  • Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.
  • Remove string or toothpick from meatcut into 3 pieces and again put into sauce.

Serve hot.
